第29卷第 1期(第64页) 湖北民族学院学报 ·医学版 Vo1．29No．1P．64 2012芷 JournalofHubeiUniversityforNationalities ·Medical Edition 2O12 接骨膏治疗类风湿关节炎的实验研究 王建辉 湖南省妇幼保健院检验科 (湖南 长沙410008) 摘【要】目的 探讨接骨膏治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的作用机制。方法 建立弗氏完全佐剂诱导大鼠RA模型，采 用接骨膏内服加关节局部外敷治疗，通过关节炎指数、足趾容积、病变关节的病理变化、血清细胞因子测定，观察其 疗效。结果 接骨膏内服、外敷治疗弗氏完全佐剂性关节炎大鼠，给药后7d、14d和21d后大鼠病变关节的关节 炎指数、关节肿胀度及病理改变明显减轻，血清中升高的白细胞介素一8(IL一8)明显下降，白细胞介素一10(IL-l0) 水平逐渐升高，与模型组以及治疗前比较有明显差异(P0．05，PO．01)，与雷公藤多苷片治疗效果比较无显著性 差异 (P0．05)。结论 接骨膏能有效控制关节炎症状 ，抑制促炎症细胞因子的病理性升高，从而达到有效控制 RA病情发展。 【关键词】类风湿关节炎；接骨膏；关节炎指数，白细胞介素 【中图分类号】R259；R593．2 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1008-8164(2012)01-0064-03 AnExperimentalStudyontheM echanism ofM edicinalHerbs BonedOintmentinTreatingRheumatoidArthritis WANGJian-hui (MaternalandChildHealthHospitalofHunanProvince，Changsha410008，China) 【Abstract】ObjectiveToexplorethemechanismofmedicinalherbsbonedo_ntmentintreating rheumatoidarthritis．MethodsapathologicalmodeIofratsrheumatoidarthritisinducedbyFre— undSadjuvantcompletelywassetup．thenmedicinalherbsbonedointmentwasadoptedin therapy．Therapeuticeffectswereobservedthrougharthritisindex，toecubage，pathological examination，serum cellgenedetermination．ResultsAfter7days，14daysand21daysforadop— tingmedicinalherbsbonedointment，thearthritisindex，toecubageandpathologicalexamina— tionoftheratsweregreatlyreduced．Thestrangehigh levelofIL-8wasdecreased，whilethe IeveIofIL一10wasenhancedabnormally．Therewerevisibledifferencesbetweenthetherapy andthemodeI(P0．05．P0．01)．ConclusionMedicinaIherbsbonedointmentcandecrease thesymptom ofrheumatoidarthritisandrestrainthepathologicalincreaseofinfIammatOr、，cell obviously．therefore itcancontrolthedevelopmentofrheumatoidarthritiseffectively． 【Keywords】rheumatoidarthritis；medici
