The quality of Titanium mesh Titanium Tube should conform to ASTM Grade-2. The Anode substrates are to be made as per annexure the drawing? No. 10/001 Supply of Copper Rod as per the Drg. No. 10/001 600 Nos with purity 99.9% (min). Scope of work, terms, conditions, instructions, detailed specifications etc., as per drawing SUPPLY OF 300 NOS OF ANODE SUBSTRATES A.??Scope of work :?? Supply of box type ‘Anode Substrates’ made up of sheet expanded pure titanium mesh and pure titanium seamless tube conforming to ASTM grade 2. The fabrications is to be made as per the drawing No. 10/001 and as per the specifications, terms, conditions, instructions etc., described below. B.???????? Titanium Mesh – specifications : ??????????? 1.???The titanium mesh should be of sheet expanded type. ??????????? 2.???The sheet shall be of pure titanium and conforming to ASTM Grade2;containing titanium not less than 99.3% ??????????? 3.? Thickness of the titanium sheet used for making mesh shall be of minimum 2.0mm.4.??The size of mesh opening shall be of 5mm – Short width X 12mm Long width. Vertical Pitch for SW shall be 6.5 +0.5mm and horizontal pitch for LW shall be 13.5+0.5mm (Ref.
