我国民营企业经营战略调整研究 我国民营企业经营战略调整研究 摘要 我国民营企业在取得一定迅速发展的同时，又面临着种种的成长困境，民营企业必须对企业的经营战略作出调整，以突破发展的瓶颈，实现企业实力的提升。本文阐述民营企业发展历程及分析民营企业当前遇到的发展障碍，从而分析民营企业战略调整的必要性；从企业战略的角度，通过解析当前民营企业外部发展困境和企业内部管理缺陷，相对应地探讨民营企业如何应对内外困境的对策，从而实现民营企业与环境变化相协调的战略调整，实现企业的进一步发展。 关键词：民营企业 战略调整 发展瓶颈 外部环境 内部管理 Study of Private Enterprise Strategic Abstract Private enterprise have confronted with sorts of growth difficulty positions after its rapidly growth.Ptivate enterprise should change its business strategy to get through the development bottleneck and realize enterprise’s strength promotion.The article analyzes the necessity of private enterptise sragetic ajustment based on the analysis of the development of private enterprise and the difficuldies that the privete enterprise have faced with nowadays.The article analyzes the current exterior development difficulties and the internal management flaws of private enterprise to find out the solutions to deal with the difficulties inside and ouside the praivate enterprise correspondingly.Therefore the private enterprise can realize the ajustment of its business strategy that fit with the enterprise environment and the further development of private enterprise.
