OI :10.15933/ki.1004 -3268.2005.07.012 2005 年第7 期 1 1 2 1 1 * 俞慧娜 , 徐根娣 , 杨卫韵 , 张晓燕 , 刘 鹏 (1., 321004;2., 321004) :以2 个大豆品种(浙春2 号、东北大豆854-11)为材料,设置0,0.05,0.5, 5, 30, 50 mg/L 6 个锰浓度处理, 进行水培试验。当锰处理16d 后, 对其 离脯氨酸(Pro)含量、丙二醛(M A)含量、 过氧化物酶(PO )活性、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白质含量进行测定。结果表明, 随锰浓度的不断 增加, 离脯氨酸和丙二醛含量表现为先减少后增大的趋势,过氧化物酶活性先增大后减小,而可 溶性糖含量及可溶性蛋白质含量表现为先增大后减少再增大。2 个大豆品种各生理指标的变化都 表现为一定的相似性。 :锰;大豆; 离脯氨酸;丙二醛;过氧化物酶;可溶性糖;可溶性蛋白质 :S565.1  :A   :1004-3268(2005)07-0035-04 Effects of Manganese on Physiological Characteristics of Soybean 1 1 2 1 1 * YU Hui-na , XU Gen-di , YANG Wei-yun , ZHANG Xiao-yan , LIU Peng (1.College of Chemistry and Biological Science, Zhejiang Normal University, Jinhua 321004, China; 2.Jinhua Vocation Technical College, Jinhua 321004, China) Abstract:The effect of Manganese (Mn)on physiological characteristics of soybean had been studied with two soybean varieties(Zhechun 2 and 854-11).The supplementation of Mn was 6 kinds of con- centration of 0,0.05, 0.5, 5,30, 50 mg/L.After Mn treatment for 16 days, malondialdehyde (M A) content, proline content, polyphenoloxidase (PO )activities, content of solute sugar and soluble pro- tein were determined.The results showed that when Mn concentration increased gradually, M A con- tent and proline content first decreased and then increased, PO activities increased and then decreased and the soluble protein content and soluble sugar content first increased, then decreased and last in- creased.Therewere some similarity on changesof physiological characteristicsbetween twovarieties of soybean.
