摘 要 现代化的高层建筑离不开电梯，随着国民经济的高速发展和多功能现代化的建筑群不断涌现，全社会使用电梯的数量正在迅速增加。电梯是一种垂直起重运输设备，又是比较复杂的机电一体化的大型工业产品，它既有完善的机械专用构造，又有复杂的电气控制系统。国内电梯控制系统过去大多是采用继电器控制电路，即继电器逻辑电路，存在功能弱、故障多、寿命短等缺点。目前，我国已经广泛采用可编程序控制器来控制电梯，其性能有很大改善。用实现电梯控制系统的软硬件设计，电梯控制方案和输入、输出信号的确定并完成程序设计实现对电梯的控制。The modernized high-rise construction can’t leave the elevator, emerges unceasingly along with the national economy high speed development and the multi-purpose modernized architectural complex, the entire society uses the elevator quantity to increase rapidly. The elevator control system progresses unceasingly along with the science and technology development. The domestic elevator control system in the past mostly uses the relay control electric circuit, namely relay logic circuit, existence function weak, breakdown many, life short and so on shortcomings. Therefore our design is used the performance superior programmable control system to carry on the automatic control to the elevator. The programmable logic controller is one new industrial automation installment which is the computer technology and the relay logic control concept unifies, it has the reliability high, the easy to operate, antijamming ability strong, the volume small, the energy consumption low, the adaptation scope broad and so on the characteristics.
