AX4-5连接Windows2003服务器和Webex搭建 以及升级Flare Code . 到达客户现场发现客户的一台连AX4-5的IBM X3800 Windows2003服务器无法进入windows系统，该服务器为邮件服务器，客户想用一台IBM X3650服务器替代IBM X3800服务器连接AX4-5做邮件服务器。可是无法登录Navisphere Express. 用浏览器登录AX4-5时浏览器中报The storage system cannot be managed for the following reason(s): The shared storage control Enabler is on installed on the Storage system.不会出现下图的登录窗口。 试着用以下两种方法解决： 方法1.先重启两SP无效。 方法2.restart Management server。 具体步骤如下：配置ppp连接，用null modem cable一端连接笔记本的com口，另一端分别连接SPA,SPB的mini com口，ppp连接后，在浏览器中输入/setup.进入如下页面，选择restart Management server仍然无效。 Call EMC成都胡工给出如下解决方案： The issue you faced tonight is a common problem found for the AX4-5 with flare code R23.705 or blow installed, the reason is: The host is configured in a way that the Server Utility is pushing the host information down without an IP address.?When?FLARE?attempts?to read this information back in, an exception is encountered that?pushes up to the creation of the specific feature (called different names including Access Logix, Storage Centric, Shared Storage, and the like).
