真空断路器试验程序 Vacuum CB test procedure 安全注意事项及必须具备的条件 Precautions and preconditions 1. 为了避免交叉作业，试验人员应熟悉试验区域的施工环境； In order to avoid cross-work, testing personnel should be familiar with condition of test area; 2. 为了防止无关人员入内，试验区域应拉好安全警界线，并设有专人监护； Cordon off test area, keep irrelative personnel out of there, and assign special person for supervision. 3. 为了防止试验设备过载损坏，试验人员应充分了解试验设备性能参数 ； To prevent from damaging equipment incurred by over load, test person must totally know equipment performance parameter. 4. 试验设备通电前检查电源是否可靠， Check whether power is reliable before power supply. 5. 搬运设备轻拿轻放，耐压设备每件至少2人搬运； Handl equipment gently, in particular， voltage withstand test equipment must be carried by at least 2 persons. 6. 高压试验设备的外壳必须可靠接地，接地线为截面不小于4mm2的多股软铜线，接地点不得少于两点； Enclosure of HV test equipment must be grounded reliably; section of grounding wire should be no less than 4mm2 of stranded annealed copper wire, grounding point should be no less than 2 points. 7. 戴好安全帽、毛线手套，穿上绝缘胶鞋； Securely wear safety helmet, wool glove and insulating rubber shoes. 8. 高压试验时高压引线应固定牢靠，并尽可能短，一人接线完成后，必须另外一人确认； HV down-lead should be fixed reliably and as short as possible HV test.
