中学生药物滥用行为危险因素调查研究 中学生药物滥用行为危险因素调查研究 【摘要】 目的 探讨中学生精神活性药物滥用行为的危险因素，为制定相应预防措施提供依据。 方法 选取乐昌市300名中学生药物滥用者为研究组，随机抽取与研究组性别、年龄相匹配的600名正常中学生为对照组，采用自拟问卷进行调查，并进行单因素和多因素条件Logistic回归分析。 结果 两组自拟问卷单因素Logistic回归分析发现，11个因素有极显著性差异（P均＜0.01）；将11个有显著意义的因素进行多因素条件Logistic回归分析，结果发现影响中学生精神活性药物滥用行为的主要危险因素为父母有药物滥用、学习成绩差、缺课、暴力行为、自觉孤独、家庭关系不和睦，而多与父母交流则为主要保护因素。 结论 中学生是药物滥用行为预防和控制的重点人群，良好的家庭环境、父母正确的教育方式及健康的学校、社会环境是防治中学生药物滥用行为的重要因素。 【关键词】 中学生；药物滥用；危险因素；自拟问卷 Investigations of risk factors of drug abuse in middle school students 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the risk factors of the psychoactive drug abuse in middle school students in order to provide evidences for formulating corresponding preventive measures. Methods 300 students ere selected from Lechang city ho ere drugabuser as research group, and control group ere randomly selected 600 normal ones matched for age and sex. Investigations ere conducted ith the Selfmade Questionnaire and so ere singleand multiplefactor conditional logistic regression analyses. Results Singlefactor logistic regression analyses shoed that there ere very significant differences in 11 factors beteen the 2 groups; multiplefactor conditional logistic regression analyses in the 11 factors shoed that the main risk factors of psychoactive drug abuse in middle school students ere parents’ drug abuse, poor performance record, absent from class, violence, selfconscious loneliness and unharmony family relation, the main protective factor as more exchanges beteen parents and children.
