Lesson5: Where ?
Teaching aims:
1. Knowledge aims:
1) Ss can listen , say, read and write the words :in, on, under and box
2)Ss will become familiar with the rules of pronunciation the letters “m, n, l and i” in the words.
2. Capacity aims:
1)Ask and answer with “in, on and under”.
2)Play the game with “in, on and under”.
3. Felling aim:
Foster student’s English hobby to learn.

Listen, say, read and write: in, on, under and box
三、Teaching difficult point:
1) Understand the pronunciation for the letters m, n, l and i n the words.
2) They think something with English in our life.
Teaching procedures:
Step1: Warm up
Let’s chant.
I can dance. Can you? Can you?
Stup2: Presentation
Study the new words: in, on, under and box
Ask and answer:
Where is the cat?
It’s in \ on \ under the desk.
2) Look at the pictures. Ask and answer.
Step3: Play the game
Find the rabbit.
Rules: One student stands with the back others. He says: “Where is the rabbit?” Others say: “Where is the rabbit ?” and clap hands. Others say loudly when he is far from the rabbit. Others say low when he is near the rabbit. He says: “It’s in \ on \ under the desk.”
Step4: Guess
Look, listen and say.
T asks. Ss guess with What’s in the box? \Is it…? \ It can say “ quack and quack” and so on.
Step5: Letters and sounds
Look, listen and read.
Listen, say and do.
T obeys. Ss say like the teacher and do.
Put “ m” in the book.
Put “ mouth” on the book.
Put “swim” under the book.
Step6: Make a chant.
Step7: Bb
