The impact of profession on international negotiation
Abstract:
There are many factors that impact international negotiation including politics ,culture ,economics and so on .But many people neglect that profession of the negotiators shall play a pivotal role in international negotiation. International negotiations consist in many kinds of fields, not only including the business .Take business negotiation as the example, different professionals are in need, one translator, one consultant with relevant field ,salesman or maybe other professionals concerned .It is undoubted that professions influence the person a lot .Different professionals often think over issues from different angles ,thus leading to different thinking models, which influence the choices of negotiation strategies .

Introduction: Based on the definition made by Jeweled W.Sala-cuse, International negotiation is a common activity that involves in negotiating on international issues or problems waiting to solve, which relevant nations are concerned. Human behavior is the main factor to international negotiation .High quality of negotiators benefits the whole procedure .This thesis is mainly about why and how the profession of negotiators impacts the international negotiation.
Chapter one the features of international negotiation
The most obvious feature is that the expected results to a large extent rely on the nation’s political situation. Because international negotiation aims to exchanging interests or realizing their common interests in an easier way. Say , between two countries’ trade exchange ,one nation’s trade policies would have great impact on the trade .Take the America as an example ,the democratic parties hold different trade policies from the conservatives ,if the conservatives are in administration ,the foreign policies towards developing countries maybe more favorable, then it may not be difficult to have business negotiati
