Basically, each one use 150 kliocalorie in each day. so you should eat 150 kliocalories nearly. The exercise intensity should be middle, that’s mean, just sweating, heart rate increase a little bit, that’s fine. Here are some example for different type of exercise. such as step up the stairs in 30 mins. It will use 141 kliocalrioe. so anybody also need to build up a regular exercise habits. When we talk about the exercise, we must need to know about the FITT principle. It involved frequency, intensity, time, and type of exercise. Those factors are mainly affected the exercise efficiently. First, I will to ask one question. S1g1 leung ka chun, how far do u do exercise in one week? Actually, base on ACSM guidelines, each people should keep do exercise at least 3-5 times per week, it should maintain your health life. But if I run hurry up to get up the bus, is it enough for me to do the exercise? So we need to consider the type of exercise. There are three different sports, 100m run, push-up 100 times, swimming continue on one hours, which can be better for loss weight? Answer is swimming one hour, because it is aerobic exercise. Only aerobic exercise can be burn-fat. How can we dicide which sport is aerobic exercise? large muscle movement in the body The rythmn is stable and the intensity is middle. The duration of exercise should be at least 30 mins Here are two sports, a is snooker, b is swimming, both of them also do for 30mins Which sports do you think is aerobic exercise? If you think “a” pls raise up your hand, if “b” pls raise up your hand. Athough snooker are also work for 30mins, it is not use the most of muscle movement, Most of you do understand the aerobic exercise nature. Here are some example for the aerobic exercise. E.g. rope skipping, long distance running and swimming, or walking. It is because doing 30 mins exercise, your body will try to use the fat to be the energy. It will burn the stored fat. Welcome!
