季节性冰雪蓄冷技术的研究现状与技术展望(7852#) 摘要：季节性冰雪蓄冷技术是把冬季在自然条件下形成的冰或雪通过某种方式或手段存储起来，作为来年夏季建筑物的空调供冷或食物的冷藏使用，该技术是一种古老的自然冷源的利用形式，有着非常悠久的应用历史。近年来，由于能源危机和环境保护压力的日益增大，季节性冰雪蓄冷技术因其利用可再生的自然冷能，具有环保、节能和可持续发展的优点，在空调供冷和食物冷藏应用方面又逐渐受到关注。本文综述和分析了季节性冰雪蓄冷技术的特点、系统的应用形式、国内外的研究现状及技术发展前景。通过分析指出：季节性冰雪蓄冷技术在能源利用、环境保护及降低系统运行费用方面与传统的电制冷系统相比具有很大的优越性，在具有严寒漫长的冬季及温和短暂夏季的气候地区，季节性冰雪蓄冷技术在工业、农业、舒适性供冷及食品冷藏方面有着广阔的发展与应用前景。 关键词：季节性冰雪蓄冷，天然冷源，可再生能源，食物冷藏 Present Status and Technique Prospect of the Seasonal Snow and Ice Storage Technique By Yu Yanshun1★, Li Di2, Li Xianting1 and Shi Wenxing1 1 Department of Building Science，Tsinghua University，Beijing，China，Post Code: 100084 2 School of Municipal Environmental Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, Post Code: 150090 Abstract: Storing the free snow and ice in winter by some methods to meet the cooling and food storage requirements of a later season is referred to as Seasonal Snow and Ice Storage. It is an ancient technique with a long history of application. In recent years, with the increasing pressure of energy crisis and environmental protection, the new techniques using seasonal snow and ice for both comfort cooling and food storage have been paid more and more attention for its advantages of utilizing natural cool source, energy saving and sustainable development. In this paper, the technique characteristic, project application and system styles, present status and technique prospect of the seasonal snow and ice storage are introduced and analyzed. It is pointed out that the seasonal snow and ice storage technique is more predominant than traditional cooling machines in energy consumption and environmental protection. It is concluded that the seasonal snow and ice storage technique has a wide range of application in industry, agriculture, comfort cooling and food storage in the district with a long cold winter and short warm summer.
