名词解释: Job Design :define the way work will be performed and tasks required in a given job. Downsizing : is the planned elimination of large numbers of personnel designed to enhance organizational competitiveness. Personnel Selection: the process through which organizations make decisions about who will or will not be allowed to join the organization.
