*Integrate speaking in every lesson –
not dedicated “speaking lessons”
• Start with simple Qs – “What”
• Build up longer answers – “When”, “How”
• Encourage opinions – “Why” + justification
• Extend ideas – “What if…”
• Practise interaction

• Prepare notes on the Notes-form (CA2)

the assessment.
