Through the investigation and analysis, questionnaire survey, visit the inquiry, the communication, understand present college students non-mainstream culture existence status and influence factors, at the same time, analysis the mainstream cultural infiltration in college students dormitory culture construction of various aspects, to perfect and improve college students dormitory culture puts forward effective strategies and solutions. 引言 随着21新世纪的到来，世界各国的政治、经济、文化、建设的不断发展，快速发展步伐催促中国在步入21世纪的同时必须做出政策和建设性的时代转变。新时代的经济文化的转型带动着精神文明建设跟随时代的前进方向。把对现阶段具有积极影响的主流文化做为引导文化。而对于社会上各种利益相互冲突和影响、各种思潮相互渗透和传播所逐渐形成的非主流文化，被视为与社会发展相违背或相互冲突的个性肆意张扬、另类、不符合大众潮流的不文明文化。因此，弘扬和发展健康的主流文化，摒弃不符合大众潮流、与现阶段发展相违背的非主流文化，是现阶段倡导发扬宿舍文化的宗旨。 1 非主流文化的存在现象及分析 随着改革开放的发展，中国为迎接新世纪的来临，打开自己的国门，促进了政治、经济、文化和科学技术的快速发展。但与此同时，外来多元素文化的渗透给中国特色文化带来强烈的冲击，从而导致了非主流文化的快速发展。这种非主流文化反映在社会习俗、名族文化、物质文化、制度文化、行为文化、精神文化等多方面。对于大学高校的宿舍文化主要体现在做出调查。以问卷调查的形式进行。调查抽样充分考虑了性别、年级、专业、生源地等方面的因素共发放调查问卷800份实际有效问卷784份参与这次调查的大学生中 ，男生427人，占 54.5%，女
