摘 要 企业的人力资源是企业核心能力的重要源泉,当今社会企业间的竞争归根到底是人才间的竞争,人才流动从社会角度来看是必然趋势,市场经济需要人才流动,只有合理的人才流动才能实现队伍的整体优化。人才流动可能会给企业带来严重的损失,对企业的生产和发展造成不利的影响。如何留住人才对台资企业来讲是一个非常重要的管理课题,本文以金顺重机的人员流失为例分析,探讨了台资企业人才流失的原因及后果,并提出相应对策。 本文主要对台资企业人才流失的具体情况做了详细的分析,阐述了台资企业面对人才流失现状所遭受的影响,并从多方面分析了造成这些问题的原因,主要是以内部与外部环境因素以及人才自身的原因从台资企业的角度出发提出一系列的对策与建议。文章说明了台资企业在经济发展过程中所遭受的人才流失是不可避免的,但是如何应对企业人才流失则是非常重要的。 关键词:台资企业,人才流失,人力资源管理 ABSTRACT Human Resources are very important sources of the core competence of an enterprise. Today, the competition between enterprises is in fact the competition of talents. From the social point of view, the flow of talents is an inevitable trend. Market economy requires the flow of talents. Only with the reasonable flow of talents can the overall optimization be realized. However, the flow of talents may also cause serious loss to enterprises and make negative effects to the manufacture and development of enterprises. In this sense, it’s an important management topic in Taiwan-funded enterprises on how to retain talents. This thesis takes the outflow of talents in Gold Sun Machinery as an example to discuss the causes and consequences of the brain drain in Taiwan-funded enterprises, and tries to put forward corresponding countermeasures. This thesis makes a detailed analysis on the brain drain in Taiwan-funded enterprises, explaining the negative influences on these enterprises and analyzing the causes of these problems from various aspects, especially from the internal and external environmental factors as well as the talents themselves. At the same time, the thesis puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of Taiwan-funded enterprises. The thesis points out that it’s inevitable for the Taiwan-funded enterprises to suffer from the outflow of talents in the course of economic development, but it’s very important for these enterprises to learn to deal with this problem properly.
