摘 要 本毕业设计是根据楼的招标文件的招标须知、合同条件、技术规范、图纸及其他有关文件而编制的投标书。 设计包括：商务标、技术标和结论。商务标包括土建，装饰，安装的分部分项工程量清单与计价表，综合单价分析表，措施项目清单与计价表，其他项目清单与计价表，规费、税金项目清单与计价表，工程量计算表。本标书清单编制时各清单项的工程量是按照《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》（GB50500-2008）计算的，清单报价时清单项下面所包含的定额项的工程量是按照《山东省建筑工程消耗量定额》（2003）与《山东省安装工程消耗量定额》（2003）计算的；工程造价则是应用清单报价，套价利用福莱一点通计价软件。技术标则包括工程概况、施工组织及部署、施工前的准备、施工平面布置、各项管理措施、设计方案的优化及降低成本措施。技术标是从人、材、机方面来进行施工布置，从技术、施工、物资等方面采取措施来确保工程进度、工程质量与施工安全，并在此基础上降低成本。 关键词：商务标；技术标；工程量清单计价；施工方案；施工组织 Abstract Graduating the design is a tender which according to the Qinglin Waterfront District No.2 residential building of WeiFang ZHuCHeng project tender document bid notice, the condition of contract, the technology standard,the blueprint and other related documents establishes. The design includes commercial bid documents, technical bid documents and conclusion. Commercial bid documents include bill of quantities of sub-part project with the pricing table ,unit price analysis of the integrated form, bill of quantities of measures items and pricing , bill of quantities of other items and pricing, bill of quantities of fees, taxes items, engineering calculation table of construction, decoration, installation. The engineering quantity computation rule is to accord to “2008 BOQ pricing norms”. Sets of price use Cost software of Fulaiyidiantong.The technical bid documents include Project Overview, construction and deployment ,pre-construction preparation, construction layout, and all management measures, design optimization and cost reduction measures. The technical bid documents is marked to construction layout from the people, material, construction machine ,to take measures from a technical, construction, material, etc. to ensure the progress of the project, engineering quality and construction safety, and to reduce costs on this basis.
