《育達 科 大 學 報》 第42 期，民國 105 年4 月，第41-62 頁 Yu Da Academic Journal Vol.42, April 2016, pp. 41-62. 青少年打工活動之影響因素及影響相關 層面研究：以北區五專生為例 * ** *** 胡秀媛 鄭光燦 丘金蘭 摘要 本研究目的即在探討青少年打工活動之相關因子及其影響層面，研究方法採 叢聚抽樣抽取北部地區五間專科學校共 438名受試者，以「打工活動調查表」、 「打工動機調查表」與「打工影響層面調查表」等量表為研究工具，經由描述統 計、賀德林 T檢定、相關分析、對數線性模式與迴歸分析等統計處理，本研究結 果提供青少年家長、學校學務單位或實習單位管理上參考，主要發現如下： 一、受試者曾經打工的比率為 100.0% ；初始打工年齡階段以專科階段為主 （81.7％）；打工所得以五千元以下佔多數（37.7% ）；打工時段以12-18點最多 (63.9%) ；多數受試者每週打工時數介於8-16 小時(36.6%) ；打工場所則以工廠佔 多數(32.2%) 。 二、在打工動機上，多數五專學生主要動機為獲得工作經驗。至於在影響層 面上，多數學生認為打工主要益處為「可學習到不同工作角色」 (90.4%) ；主要害 處則為「睡眠不足」(55.7%) 。 三、不同性別之五專學生在打工動機、打工初始年齡階段與打工時段上具有 顯著差異 ；打工動機與打工活動兩組變項並有顯著相關。 四、不同打工活動與動機對於打工影響各層面之預測力有所不同。 關鍵詞：打工活動、打工動機、打工影響 * 台北海洋技術學院食品科技與行銷系副教授 ** 真理大學財務與精算學系講師 ***台北海洋技術學院健康照顧社會工作系講師(通訊作者) - 41 - 育達科大學報．第 42 期．民國105 年4月 Exploring the Motivations and Activities of Junior College Students’ Part-time Jobs Hsiu-Yuan Hu* Kaung-Tsan Cheng** Jin-Lan Chiu*** Abstract The purpose of this research is to analyze the motivations and activities of junior college students’ part-time jobs and to investigate what statistically significant predictors of the working effects are.
