跑步机运动功耗评价方法 摘要 参照Bendict(1907)曾报告了心率与产热的关系，用心率作为测定能量代谢的评价方法。Lindhard、Murlin及Green等也都证明了心率与耗氧量之间的关系，即证明心率与耗氧量和能量代谢率之间具有良好的线性关。目的通过动物跑台实验寻找运动能量计算方法。方法本文通过大鼠跑台，测量运动后的大鼠心率，计算出大鼠心率与耗氧量之间的线性关系，即y= 1.0128x103.67（y耗氧量，x心率）。而耗氧量与能量也是线性关系，即EE=20.48× (1.0128x103.67) （EE能量消耗，x心率）。结果本文通过实验数据处理得到其线性关系：EE=20.48× (1.0128x103.67)，利用线性关系快速算出能量消耗。这样可以节省大量时间，减少浪费。结论：EE=20.48×(1.0128x103.67)，利用该线性关系可以确定体力和健康之间的量效关系，评价不同人群的体力活动水平，快速反映。 关键词：心率；能量消耗；大鼠；线性关系；跑台 Abstract Research Background According to Bendict (1907) had reported the relationship between heart rate and heat production, heart rate as an evaluation method for the determination of energy metabolism.
