浅议国有企业风险管理的问题及原因 完 成 日 期： ** 学 生 姓 名： ** 指 导 老 师： ** 答辩小组成员： ** ** ** 摘 要 风险管理是国有企业生产经营和发展中的重要问题之一。由于社会政治、经济的快速发展以及科技革命日新月异的变化,国有企业日益面临更加不确定性的经营环境、更多的风险因素、更为激烈的竞争和生存发展的严峻挑战，企业风险管理问题由此应运而生。西方经济发达国家已把企业风险管理同战略管理、运营管理视为构成现代经济组织的三个核心管理职能之一,并成为未来企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分。国有企业在国民经济中的地位与作用,决定了国有企业中风险管理对各个环节有着举足轻重的影响。因此,研究国有企业风险管理的问题及原因,具有极为重要的理论和现实意义。 本论文在借鉴国内外风险管理研究的基础上,紧密结合我国现实国情和国有企业风险管理现状和风险管理需求,对涉及企业风险的有关理论、风险管理的分类、风险管理的问题等,从多角度多层次进行系统分析和研究；并针对我国国有企业风险管理问题的成因进行深入探讨。 关键词：国有企业；风险管理；问题；成因 Abstract Risk management is one of the important issues in the production and management of state-owned enterprises and development.
