捣 法 Pounding 小儿推拿 Child Massage 概念 Concept 用中指指端或食指、中指屈曲后的近侧指间关节突起部为着力点，在一定的穴位或部位上做有节律地点击，称为“捣法”。 This manipulation is operated by the tip of the middle finger or the joint of the index and middle finger,pounding at the certain points or part regularly. 动作要领Essentials of Manipulation 操作时，要以关节为活动中心，用腕关节发出的富有弹性的协调力量来点击穴位，犹如蜻蜓点水，点击后旋即抬起术手，不要用力太重。每次治疗捣击10~15次即可。 The doctor used his wrist joint as the center of the movement,pounding the joint with elastic coordinate strength given by the wrist joint just like a fragonfly skimming the surface of the water.The doctor must move his hand away soon after pounding the point with moderate strength.Pound 10-15times for each treatment. 功效 Effect 具有开导闭塞、祛寒止痛、镇静安神的功能。 It has the function of dredging the obstruction,expelling pathogenic cold,relieving pain and tranquilizing the mind. 临床应用Clinical Application 本法为小儿推拿中一种具有较强刺激作用的手法。 Though the strength given is less than the strength introduces in “striking-pounding manipulation”for adults,it is one of the strong irritating manipulation of child massage. 常用于治疗惊风、发热、惊惕不安、四肢抽搐等病证。 It is often used to treat infantile convulsion,fever,restlessness with fear,tic of limbs,etc.
