Comparing with that of last year, 4 more countries participated in the fair, the total number of participants keeps balance with last year. By June 19, the number of entrance registered by the Digital Access Control System reached 220,000. 100,000 Chinese and foreign visitors, consumers visited the sub exhibition pavilion – Furniture Pavilion (Hongqi Furniture City), Yiwu昐hangzhi Commodity City, Binxi Wood Trade Area, Heilongjiang Tourism Products Distribution Center of Jinr’an International Shopping Mall. Participants from all the provinces, cities, autonomous regions exhibited over 20,000 kinds of articles in the fair. The Administration Office of China Harbin Trade Fair invited over 1000 professional purchasers, distributors from 16 states in Russia to negotiate with Chinese suppliers and manufacturers. According to statics from the Harbin Customs, the quantity of exhibition commodities declared directly from the Harbin Customs reached 12 tons, with an increase of 9 tons, recording the largest number, biggest quantity, fullest commodities in the history of exhibition commodities of Harbin Trade Fair. 84 project contracts were concluded in the 3rd Harbin Technology Fair during the event, mainly covering high and new tech industries including: equipment manufacturing, electronic information, new materials. 1550 exhibitors from 620 units negotiated with foreign experts during the exhibition. Professional standard of Harbin Trade Fair was highly promoted, with 16 professional exhibition pavilions, DIY exhibition decoration accounting for 70%. The number of foreign enterprises and companies from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan were greatly increased.
