The results showed the HPD300 macroporous resin has better purifying ability for the flavonoids. On the conditions of crude flavonoids solution pH 4.5, adsorption time 4 h, ratio of 80 % ethanol (desorption solution) volume to the resin weight 25:1 and desorption time 2 h, the recovery rate of the flavonoids is 75.6 %, and the purity is 38.2%.
