Methods: 80 pa ien s w i h lumbar r egr essive disease w ere rea ed by lumbar fusion cage, of w hich clinical resul s w ere re rospec ively analyzed before and af er opera ion . Follow up including rela ive heigh of ver ebral space, T aillard index , index of lumbar spinal curv a ure, ang le of segmen al and full lordosis. T he clinical eff ec s w ere evalua ed according o he s andard of Greenough . Results:T he r ela ive heigh of ver ebral space w as respec ively 069 ( 062- 076) and 124( 114 - 134) w i h an average before and af er op era ion . T aillar d index w as respec ively 032( 024 - 040) and 00 3( 002- 004) befor e and af er opera io n. 1 case occurred f ailure of fusion af er oper a ion. Conclusion:T he lumbar fusio n cage is an eff ec iv e me hod in he rea men of lumbar r egr essive disease. Clinical applica ion mu s choose accrua e adap a ion ype avoiding complica ion .
