Words: hard-working, determined, kind, helpful, brave, considerate, confident, devoted, modest, generous, diligent, smart. Patterns: Attribute clause (that/who/which/when/where) So.. that… 2) Train students’ writing skill, let students write a short passage of describing a person. 2. Process and Methods: 1) Learn and grasp the useful expressions and structures. 2) Train students’ writing skill by practicing writing a short passage. 3. Emotion Attitude and View of Value: 1) Encourage students to pay more attention to the people around them. 2) Train students’ ability to cooperate with others. Important Points: 1) Develop students’ writing skill. 2) Get students to use the useful expressions and structures to write a description of a person. Difficult Points: 1) Let students learn to use proper adjectives and expressions to describe a person. 2) How to develop students’ writing skill.
