中小型家族企业人力资源管理中存在的问题与对策 摘 要 中小型家族企业作为我国企业类别中一个特殊的群体,而人力资源管理是企业发展与成功的关键因素,受到当今社会了广泛的关注和重视。目前中小型家族企业的人力资源管理方面尚不够成熟、完善,已经成为制约中小型家族企业快速发展的瓶颈之一。中小型家族企业要想可持续的发展,并在竞争中立于不败之地,就必须结合自身的实际,认真研究中小型家族企业人力资源管理中存在的问题,并主动积极的找到人力资源管理的策略,为企业的发展壮大服务。 本文首先论述了人力资源管理的重要内涵及其在现代中小型家族企业中的重要地位,然后从中小型家族企业自身的特点出发,分析了我国中小型家族企业人力资源管理的现状及存在的问题,并提出符合中小型家族企业人力资源管理的对策,以充分挖掘企业员工的潜力,使其“量才使用、人尽其才”,保证其在生产、营销等方面具有一定的领先地位,最终赢得市场认可。 关键词:中小型家族企业,人力资源管理,问题,对策 In small Family firm Human Resources Management Exists Question and Countermeasure Abstract Human resources management is the enterprise development and the success key aspect, has received the widespread attention now in the society and takes seriously.
