桂林好莱坞酒店空调工程设计说明书.docVIP

摘 要 本设计为桂林好莱坞酒店空调工程设计。该建筑总面积大约40500m2，楼高度为40m，空调面积32399m2。该建筑包括门厅、门面房、办公室、餐厅包厢、KTV包厢和标准客房等使用功能不同的房间。根据该建筑各部分的结构特点及其功能用途，充分考虑室内环境的舒适性、运行管理上的便捷性以及节能等各方面的因素，对本楼全部采用风机盘管加新风系统，新风处理到室内空气焓值，不承担室内负荷，风机盘管承担室内全部冷负荷及部分的新风湿负荷。这样不仅可以满足不同功能空间使用时间段人员活动情况的不同要求，并且布置灵活，控制方便。该酒店位于桂林市，属于夏热冬冷地区，利用常规蒸汽压缩制冷。根据计算所得的总负荷和水的总流量，选用两台水冷螺杆式机组。空调水系统采用双管制水平异程式、垂直异程式布置，以节省管道。 关键词：风机盘管加新风系统 双管制 异程式 Abstract This design is an air conditioning system design for Guilin. Hollywood Hotel air conditioning. The area of the building is about 40500 square meters, and the height of 40 meters including the air conditioning area of 32399 square meters. The building consists of the different functions rooms, such as hall, lounge, office, emporium and dining room，KTV box and so on. According to all parts of the building’s structure characteristic and the function uses, inconsideration of the indoor environment of the comfort and operation management and energy saving , we use all fan-coil unit plus fresh air system. Fresh air treatment to indoor air enthalpy, do not assume indoor load, fan coil undertake all indoor cold load and part of the new wind load. So not only can meet different function space usage time personnel activity of different requirements and decorate flexible, convenient control. The hotel building is located in Guilin, belongs to the hot summer and cold winter zone, use of vapour compression refrigeration. According to the calculation of the total load and water blade, choose two refrigerating set. Air conditioning water system is double control level different process, vertical different program arrangement, in order to save pipe. Damping, noise elimination smoke control measures was considered in this design.
