结论白藜芦醇可以延缓大鼠卵母细胞巢破裂，抑制原始卵泡的启动发育；白藜芦醇可能促进卵母细胞的凋亡。关键词白藜芦醇；卵泡发育；凋亡；TUNEL；大鼠PrimaryStudyontheEffectofResveratrolonEarlyOvarianFollicleDevelopmentandOocyteApoptosisinRatAbstractObjective:Tostudytheeffectofresveratrolonearlyovarianfollicledevelopmentandoocyteapoptosisinrat.MaterialsandMethods:ThesexualSprague-Dawleyratsweredividedintothreegroups.Theintraperitoneal injection group was the normal neonatal rats which were treated withresveratrol(25mg/kg﹒d)byintraperitonealinjection.Theintragastricadministrationgroupwasthepregnantratswhichweretreatedwithresveratrol(25mg/kg﹒d)byintragastricadministration onday12aftercoitiontilldelivery.Ovarieswerecollectedfromthepostnatalratsofbothexperimentalgroups(bothintraperitonealinjectiongroupandintragastricadministrationgroup)andcontrolgrouponday1,2and4afterbirth.Theratioofdifferentdevelopmentalovarianfollicles stageswasexamined byhematoxylin-eosinstaining.Theoocyte apoptoticprofilesweredeterminedbyterminaldeoxynucleotidyltransferase-mediateddUTPnick-endlabeling(TUNEL)staining.Results:Theratioofoocytesinoocytenestdecreasedandtheprimordialfollicleraisedinth1-day-oldrats’ovariesoftheintragastricadministrationgroup.Theratioofoocytesinoocytenestraisedandprimordialfollicledecreasedinthe2-day-oldrats’ovariesofexperimentalgroups. The ratio of primordial follicles and developing follicles in the 4-day-old rats’ovaries of experimentgrouphadnodifferenceswiththoseofcontrolgroup,whiletheratioofoocytes raised.TheapoptoticrateofTUNELinthe2-day-oldrats’ovariesofexperimentalgroupshadno variancewiththeoneofcontrolgroup.However,theapoptoticrateofTUNELinthe1-day-oldrat’ovariesofintragastricadministrationgroupwashigherthantheoneofcontrolgroup.
