After that, it has been developed more than a century, at the end of the 20th century; modern education career in Thailand got great achievements.The development of Thailand modern education is mainly divided into four stages. The first stage is from the middleof the 19th century to 1932. During this period, Thailand rise a top-down reform movement, which makes the seeds of moderneducation developed rapidly. Until the early 1930s, Thailand preliminarily established a modern education system. Thesecond stage is from 1932 to the outbreak of world war Ⅱ.Thailand establish a constitutional monarchy in 1932, as the new government came to power, they launched the education development program in 1932, which promoted and popularized thenational development of basic education, elementary education, secondary education and higher education in all-round way. The third stage is from the end of post-war to 1970 s. The education development was regarded as the basic elements to reconstruct and develop the country, which was put upon the previous strategy of development.
