And we will learn many useful words and phrases in this part . Introduction amusing 有趣的, 可笑的 stupid 愚蠢的 energetic 精力充沛的 funny 滑稽的 intelligent 聪明的 kind 善良的 lively 活泼的 nervous 焦虑的 organised 有组织的 patient 耐心的 popular 流行的 serious 严肃的 shy 害羞的 strict 严格的 Useful words Lead-in Use the words mentioned above to talk about your new teachers. Read the passage quickly with the following questions in your mind and at the same time check whether your first impressions on the three teachers are in agreement with the descriptions in the passage. Skimming Hints: *What subjects might they teach? *What kind of teachers might they be? (using adjectives) Answer the questions. 1 What subjects does each teacher teach?
