This paper takes SF Express Group Co., Ltd as the research object, with the SF Express Group Co., Ltd stock price as the research content, using literature method, statistical analysis method, case analysis, qualitative and quantitative method, survey method, market method, status of SF Express Group Co., Ltd since listing (February 2017 - April) of stock price changes study. It is found that the stock price change of SF Express Group Co., Ltd. is out of price and the stock price change is divorced from the actual situation of the enterprise. There are some problems such as higher asset liability ratio and serious loss of some business. Measures to stabilize, promote and support the reasonable change of SF Express stock price are put forward. Strengthen business development, increase investment in scientific research, improve core competitiveness and other measures.
