供应链下的库存优化—公司的实例研究 由于库存资产在各企业的资产总额中所占的比率相当大。一方面，如库存量过大，则占用资金量过多，易于造成流动资金周转不灵；另一方面，若库存量过少，不能满足生产、销售的实际需要，势必要增加采购次数或生产批次，这样就加大了采购或生产成本，造成总库存成本过大，因而不断提高库存管理水平和客户服务水平、尽量降低库存水平、减少库存成本就成了企业库存优化的目标。 论文首先分析了我国企业目前库存管理中存在的主要问题，对国内外关于企业库存优化的研究现状和发展趋势进行了综述，并在提出所要研究问题的基础上，指出了本文研究的主要目的和内容。然后本文对有关库存优化的基本理论进行了比较详细的叙述和分析研究，指出了它们的原理和特点并作了相互的比较。然后本文以系统的观点，对企业的库存系统特点及其影响因素进行了较为详细的分析，运用系统动力学的理论和方法建立了库存优化的系统动力学模型，通过实例并运用系统动力学模拟软件VENSIM对企业的库存系统作了模拟分析和优化研究，最后提出企业库存优化的政策建议。 通过对企业库存系统的模拟研究，所得结果不但可以提供企业管理者进行库存决策的依据，而且能为企业实现库存优化管理提供一种新的思路和参考。 ? 关键词：库存优化 库存管理 系统动力学 模拟 市场需求 ABSTRACT Inventory assets take up a considerable part of the total assets in many companies. For one thing, if the materials store is too large, it will occupy too much fund and lead to torpidity of turnover fund. On the other hand, if the materials store is too small, it cannot meet the requirement of selling and producing, and will certainly increase purchase frequency or produce batch, thus this will expand the cost of purchase and produce, and cause the sum cost of inventory to be large. Therefore, enhancing the ability of inventory management and service level for its customers, and reducing the storage and the inventory cost is an important target of enterprise inventory management. Firstly, this article analyzes the main problems on inventory management in enterprises in China nowadays, sums up the current study actuality and development tendency on inventory optimization at home and abroad, and then points out the main aims and contents of the article on the base of the study contents. Secondly, based on detailed depiction and analysis of basic inventory optimization theory, including analysis their theories and characteristics and comparing them.
