ABSTRACT
One of the dominant sports curriculum reform characters was the transformation
of sports teaching way.The teaching method reform could initiate a profound
transformation in the sports teaching domain.The study of teaching method had
become an important target which the sports educational reform deepened. This
researcher took Constructivism principle theory as the foundation, carried on the
union of current teaching reality, the independent study, the inquired study and the
cooperation study through a comprehensive study of a subject, and constructed a new
teaching method - self-study and cooperationThis researcher had carried on the investigation about the sports teaching method
named self-study and cooperation in the middle school. This investigation was
based on the Middle-school student Sports Teaching Investigation paper in Liantang
middle school in Changshu city. The object of this investigation were 138 junior
students which there were 68 male students and 70 female students and 139 high
school students which there were 96 male students and 43 female students. The tests
were based on investigations by self-study and cooperationand convention which
developed High-school students Sports Study Interest Level as measuring tool
made by Dr. Wang Xiaozan who offered The Sports and Healthy Institute of East
China Normal University. During this 8-week experimental study on 122 high
students as experiments object which there were 60 male students and 62 female
students, we conducted the discussion sports teaching to the high-school students
sports study influenceThus, we can draw the main conclusion by this investigation as below:
1The majority students were fond of this three kinds of studies
