摘 要 近年来，随着经济的发展，我国的城市化水平加快和人民生活水平的提高，汽车的数量不断增加。但与此同时，汽车停车场地的增长却不能与之同步，汽车泊位与汽车数量严重比例失调，由此带来停车难，违章停车，停车管理困难等一系列问题。由此，自动化立体车库便应运而生了。 本篇论文论述了我在做大学本科工学学士毕业设计期间所从事的设计课题——自动化立体停车设备的设计过程。 目前社会上有很多成熟技术的停车设备比如：升降横移类；垂直循环类；水平循环类；平面移动类；巷道堆垛类；垂直升降类；简易升降类。通过对这些车库类型特点的比较与分析，我最终选择了巷道堆垛类作为设计的车库类型。 论文以研究工作的进展顺序为序，分章、节逐一论述了课题的来源，目的及意义，设计过程，在设计中遇到的问题与难点及其解决方法与措施。在设计过程部分，详细论述了设备总体结构设计、横移传动系统设计、运输传动系统设计、存取车结构设计、控制系统设计和安全防护设计 。 关键词 立体停车设备 结构设计 控制系统 PLC 安全性 abstRact In recent years, along with the economical development, our country urbanized level sped up with the lives of the people level enhancement, the automobile quantity unceasingly increases.
