摘 要 商业是带动城镇发展的主要经济增长点，城镇商业空间作为城镇空间的重要组成部 分，与城镇发展和乡镇居民的生活密切相关。随着城镇人口的迅速增长、产业结构的调 整和升级，城镇商业空间处在迅速扩张的状态，呈现出无序的态势，并与城镇整体空间 结构产生诸多矛盾。因此，通过对城镇商业空间结构体系的构成内容、演变规律及其影 响因素的研究，得出小城镇商业空间结构的优化方案对城镇整体、有序发展有着重要的 作用。 关中平原地处陕西中部，是中华文明的发源地。其地理环境条件等与中心地理论的 假设条件具有很大的相似性，为以此为前提进行研究提供了基础理论。本文首先从小城 镇及其商业空间的发展演变过程入手，探讨了小城镇特征与城镇商业空间之间的关系； 然后结合岐山凤鸣镇和凤翔城关镇两个实际案例研究提出了关中地区小城镇商业空间 现存的问题，并以此为基础，分析了小城镇商业空间结构、商业空间形态及商业业态等 影响因素的演变过程，揭示了影响这些因素的动力机制及其发展规律；并以中心地理论 及市场区位论为理论基础，提出了该体系的优化原则、优化措施及保障方法，以期对关 中地区小城镇商业空间规划提供依据与参考。 本研究可对关中地区小城镇商业空间的规划与发展提供相应的理论支撑，对其内部 的商业空间结构的调整、商业空间形态的完善、商业业态的融合具有重要的实际指导意 义，对我国其它地区的小城镇商业空间设计具有一定的参考和借鉴价值。 关键词：关中地区，小城镇，商业空间，商业空间结构体系，体系优化 i Abstract Business is driven by the urban development of the main points of economic growth, urban commercial space as an important part of the urban space, and is closely related to urban development and the life of the township residents.With the rapid growth of urban population, industrial structure adjustment and upgrading, urban commercial space in the rapid expansion of the state, and showing a trend of disorder, and numerous conflicts with the spatial structure of cities and towns as a whole.Therefore, derived by studying the composition of the contents of the structural system of the urban commercial space, evolution and its impact factors, the optimization of the structure of small-town commercial space on the town as a whole, and orderly development plays an important role.
