无张力疝修补术与传统术式治疗腹股沟疝临床对比研究 　　【中图分类号】R656.2+1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1003-8183-（2011)09-0046-03 　　【摘要】目的：研究比较无张力疝修补术及传统术式治疗成人腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法：对我院2003 ～2009年收治的669例腹股沟疝修补术患者，分为平片疝修补组198例，疝环充填式疝修补组208例，传统法疝修补组263例，且对3种术式的手术时间、术后复发率及并发症进行比较。结果： 平片组和网塞组在手术时间、术后早期疼痛、导尿率、并发症及复发率等方面均较低，无明显差异；但在无张力组止痛药物应用率和术后早期下床活动时间明显低于传统组（P＜0.01），结论：疝环充填式与平片无张力疝修补术的总体疗效相近，无张力疝修补术能明显降低术后复发率，有并发症少、简单、痛苦少及恢复快等优点，适合各种腹股沟疝的修补。 　　【关键词】腹部疝；腹股沟疝；无张力；传统腹股沟疝修补术；充填式疝修补术；平片疝修补术；网塞 　　 Tension-free Hernia repair Technique in theTreatment and Mass Spinning Clinical Comparative Sudy of Inguinal Hernia 　　 Chen Xian， Xu Guowu 　　【Abstract】Objective： To compare tension-free hernia repair and the traditional surgical treatment of adult inguinal hernia therapy. Methods： From 2003-2009 The data of 669 cases of inguinal hernia repair were divided into plain film hernia repair group 198 cases， Mesh plug hernia repair group 208 cases， the traditional method hernia repair group， 263 cases and on the three kinds of surgical operation time， the recurrence rate and complications were compared.
