山东理士大学硕1:学位论文英文摘要AbstractWiththehigh-speedeconomicdevelopmentofchina，thetrafficproblemhavebecomeincreasinglyprominent，andbecomeoneofthebottleneckproblemofeconomicsustainable development; howtosolvethetrafficproblem have causemore attention.Amongthem，themaincontradiction istheonebetween thetraveldemand growthandlimitedroadresource，andthekeypointtosolvethetrafficproblemishowtofindwaystoeliminatethiscontradiction.Inourcountry，thesalvationoftrafficsystemproblemdependslargelyongovernmentpolicyandtactics，andthetrafficfaimessand effectiveaIlocationof resources areundoubtedlythemainconsiderations inpolicy formulation.Inthispaper，firstlyweshowtherelevantdefinitioninroadtrafficsystemtoleadtotheconceptoftrafficequity，thenwecaηyontherelevantdivisiontrafficequityprocessedfromsimpletomorecomplex，weanalyzethecorrelativefactorsandprovidecertainreferencetooptimization oftransportationsystem，inthisfoundation，weproposethetraffic faimessassessment methodandthecorrespondingevaluationindex，establishthetrafficfairevaluationsystem.Inordertomanifestequity，thisarticlewilldefinetrafficfaimessonthefairrelationshipexistinginoccupiestrafficresourceandtheresult oftraffic resources sharing for eachsocialmember.Atthesametime，trafficactivitiesinevitableinvolvesintemalcostsandextemalfactors，amongwhichinternalcostsshalIbebasicalIybomebythebicycler，theunfaimessofthetrafficsystemisprimarily causedbyextemalfactors.8asedonthemeaningoftrafficfaimess，ThisarticIegivestheanalysisfromthefivesides:occupationoftransportresources，energyandfuelconsumption，airpollution，trafficaccidentsandgroupsof weakness.AndmakesuseoftheGinicoefficientandLorenzcurveforquantitativeevaluation.ThearticIegivesacasestudyfortheZibocity，empiricaIlyanalyzes the traffic condition faimess according to its relevant data in Zibo city.Respectivelyspecificquantitativeevaluatesthefairnessof theroadareapercapitabetweenpeopleusingofdifferentvehiclesandthepureresidents.AndshowstheleveloffaimessbyusingaccurateGinicoefficientandintuitiveLorenzcurve.8
