摘要地下管线作为城市基础设施的一个组成部分，在城市规划、建设和管理中扮演着重 要角色。它就像人体内的各个系统，把信息和能量传送到城市的各个角落，对城市的生 存和发展具有重要意义，具有城市“生命线”之称。城市地下管线普查是现代化城市规划、建设和管理的一项重要基础工作，是地下管 线安全运行的保证。高起点、高标准、高质量、高效益地做好地下管线普查工作，统一 地下管线普查、基础资料编绘和动态管理，不仅是城市规划、建设和管理的需要，也是 城市经济、社会快速发展的需要。对维护城市输送信息和能量的正常运行，保障城市居 民的生产、生活具有重要的现实意义与长远的历史意义。因此，我国许多城市筹集了巨 额资金，投入大量人力对地下管线进行了不同规模的普查。探查摸清了管线的全貌，并 采用了必要有效的方法对管线信息管理 。本文对地下管线普查工作的基本内容及 VBA 的 AutoCAD 图形数据库管理技术进行了深入的研究。对地下管线普查工作的研究主要 内容有收集已有地下管线的资料和调绘现状图、实地调查地下管线、探查地下管线、测 量地下管线、处理地下管线数据和编制计算机数据文件、编绘地下管线图、检查验收地 下管线普查成果与归档。在此基础上对地下管线信息管理的方法进行了分析，并用 VBA 的 AutoCAD 图形数据库管理技术设计了一个用 ADO 对象模型实现对 AutoCAD 图形空 间数据和属性数据进行存取、操作的系统。实现了输出 AutoCAD 图形信息到外部 Access 数据库，并从 AutoCAD 图形更新 Access 数据库。关键词：管线，普查，信息管理，数据库，VBAABSTRACTUnderground pipeline , as a part of urban infrastruct ure, pla ys an important role in urban pla nning, construct ion and ma nagement. It just as each system of the body sends information and energy to ever y corner of the city and it has important mea ning to the city’s survival and development, called “lifeline ”of the city.Urban underground pipline census is an important basic job to city’s pla nning, construct ion and ma nagement and is the city safe operation’s guara ntee. Underground pipeline census ’s high starting point, high standard , high quality and high benefit work and the unity of the underground pipeline census, based materia l compiling and dynamic ma nagement. It is not only is the need of the urban pla nning, construct ion and ma nagement, but also is the need of urban economy and societ y development. It ma inta ins the norma l operation of urban information and energy transportation and ensures urban residents’ norma l life and product ion which has realist ic and the long-ter m histor y mea ning. Therefore, in our country ma ny cities have raised massive funds and invested a lot of ma npower to survey underground pipeline. They probed and found out pipeline panorama, used the effective met hods to ma nagement the pipeline ’s information. The paper studied the ba
