The property is the retail podium of Shanghai Square and provides a total GFA of 40,693 sq m with six floors above ground and one basement. Currently the NLA is around 21,363 sq m. It was completed on December 24th, 1997 and is currently under renovation to be completed in November 2009. The main reasons that make this project a rare investment opportunity are as follows: Situated in Huai Hai Zhong Road, one of the most luxurious shopping and entertainment areas in Shanghai, surrounded by Grade A offices. Strong value-added potential both in revenue improvement and capital appreciation through repositioning and tenant reshuffle.
