优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 摘要由于携号转网项目目前仅在天津和海南两地进行试点研究，下一阶段可能会在 摘要 由于携号转网项目目前仅在天津和海南两地进行试点研究，下一阶段可能会在 全国范围内进行推广，因此，本论文对于全国范围内通信运营商进行携号转网 项目等特殊通信项目的项目时间管理研究具有一定的指导意义。 关键词：天津移动携号转网 项目时间管理 AbstractAbst Abstract Abst raot As the world biggest Telecommunication operator and top 500 enterprises，China mobile initiated its number portability project in 201 0，which has been trial operated for many years worldwide．Although this operation has been started in many countries and by many operators already,this large—scale switch networks trial project still face a big challenge from many aspects national wide，such as skill background， operation model，market model and the demands of the clients． As one of the trial operators，Tianjin mobile also face the challenge and pressures．Being the first time to carry out the freely switch between three main telecommunication networks，Tianjin mobile has to deal the new technology,new environment，new regulations．Due to the influence in public，the no．1 priority to the project manager is to asure the project can be finished on time． The number portability project composed of many phases including preparation of technology proposal，hardware installation,software configuration,network testing and so on,and also，it involves coordination between different telecommunication networks，different protocols and different technologies．That is why the number portability project is seemed to be the most sophisticated project in telecommunication business． The author of the thesis has the hands-on working experience in all relative phases of the project and the deep understanding on the time management of the project．The number portability project was divided into 35 single working unit through WBS solution,then makeup the detailed agenda of the project using Critical Path Method derivate the critical path and the critical activities of the project．During the process of the project,the timing was successfully controlled by using following-up，evaluation，amendment and c
