浅析青岛港现状及发展 来源： 2011-11-20 19:31:20 华人论文网 【摘要】：港口的发展促进了港口城市和腹地的经济快速发展，现代港口的功能正在从传统单一的货物装卸运输功能，逐渐向提供现代物流服务和全方位的增值服务方向发展。青岛作为山东省的经济龙头城市，港口的发展自然是重中之重，本文从青岛港发展现状出发，基于对青岛港口开发现状和发展环境的分析，运用SWOT模型对青岛港发展的内外部环境和竞争优劣势进行研究。通过分析，对青岛港发展港口物流提出一定的建议，使其抓住机遇，增强自身竞争力，实现其自身更好更快的发展。 【关键词】：青岛港，SWOT分析法，发展现状，港口物流，发展模式 【ABSTRACT】：The development of a port can promote the economy of the port city and the interior land. The modern port has gradually changed from the single and traditional one, as a place of transfer goods and transport, to an advanced service system, containing the modern logistic service and the comprehensive value added service. Qingdao is the economical head city in Shandong Province, and the growth of his port is one of the important parts of the city’s development. This article begins from the present condition of Qingdao port. Then based on the analysis of the current situation and development circumstances of the port, using the SWOT model analyzes the factors affecting the growth of Qingdao port. The factors include interior and exterior environment and the competition advantage and disadvantage of the port. In the end this article presents some advice about the logistic service of Qingdao port after analysis, suggesting the port hold the chance and strengthen his power to make a more quickly and better development. 【KEY WORDS】：Qingdao Port, SWOT, Current Situation of Development, Logistic Service of the Port, Development Model 引言 港口经济是以港口为中心，港口城市为载体，综合运输体系为动脉，港口相关产业为支撑，海陆腹地为依托的一种开放型经济；或者说是在一定的区域范围内，由港航、临港工业、商贸、旅游等相关产业有机组合而成的一种区域经济。作为本区域与外界物资和信息交换的重要载体，港口已成为我国国民经济和区域经济发展的重要战略资源，港口的发展促进了港口城市和腹地的经济快速发展，港口竞争也在日益加剧。青岛作为山东省的经济龙头城市，港口的发展自然是重中之重，因此必须对青岛港在发展中面临的问题和机遇进行具体分析。 一、青岛港发展现状 青岛港始建于1892年，是我国特大型港口，是太平洋西海岸重要的国际贸易口岸和海上运输枢纽，由青岛老港区、黄岛油港区、前湾新港区三大港区组成。现拥有码头18座，泊位82个，其中，可停靠5万吨级船舶的泊位10个，停靠10万吨级船舶的泊位8个，停靠30万吨级船舶的泊位5个；主要从事集装箱、煤炭、原油、铁矿、粮食等进出口货物的装卸服务和国际国内客运服务，拥有全国最大的集装箱码头、原油码头、铁矿码头和国际一流的煤炭码头、散粮接卸码头；与世界上130多个国家和地区的450多个港口有贸易往来。改革开放以来，青岛港实现了跨越发展，港口吞吐量从上世纪八十年代末的2000多万吨增至2007年的
