Supply chain management is a new term, and the logistics is the article from supply the ground to accept the entity flow process. With the continuous development of society, people are increasingly aware of the supply chain management on the development of modern logistics has a strong impetus, started on improving the supply efficiency research. With the supply chain in the modern logistics is widely used, engaged in logistics enterprise how to choose the appropriate supply management mode in the development that need to be solved in theory and practice problem. Therefore, we should actively study and makes use of the supply chain in order to obtain a better application in the logistics enterprise innovation and development.
