It also comprehensively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market competition. Office automation system which based on network, has improved the level of enterprise information. This thesis designs and realizes s a small system on software company office automation., the system based on object-oriented design of the development of ideas which is constructed using browser / server (B/S) mode. The system has the function of login, staff management, departmental management, announcement of a meeting , the personal contacts, to-do list, personal information, viewing the schedule information, uploading and downloading files, attendance or leave, my task, task management , leave approval, attendance statistics, BBS message, employee attendance and task completion summary. Todays OA system process is not flexible, the scale of small-sized software company is small, and the process is relatively simple. The workflow of the system is relatively simple and will be more suitable for small-sized software companies. This system will help to realize the efficiency and quality of small-sized software company. It will strengthen the communication between superior and subordinate, and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises.
