依托咪酯引发肌震颤的研究进展 【摘要】依托咪酯诱导期间容易发生肌震颤，肌震颤是由不正常的神经活动所 导致，肌震颤会导致肌纤维损伤和肌痛等不良后果。现就肌震颤机理与后果以 及药物对肌震颤的影响作一综述。 【关键词】依托咪酯 肌阵挛 【Abstract】Amyostasia is liable to be produced in induction period of etomidate ， Amyostasia，which ia caused by abnormal nervous activity， can induce Adverse consequences such as muscle fiber lesion and myosalgia and so on. Now Overview is done about mechanism and consequence of amyostasia and influence by drug as follows. 【Key words】 Etomidate; Myoclonus 1964 年合成依托咪酯（etomidate，amidate，hypnomidate，乙咪酯）后， 1972 年推荐入临床。此药为咪唑类衍生物，系催眠性静脉麻醉药。依托咪酯起 效甚快
