to the contents of the reference image, the above saliency model is adopted to detect the salient regions. And then the percentage of strategy is used to calculate the regions which attract our attention by the quality by sorting the quality map and then selecting the worst parts. And then the final visual attention model detects the visual attention map by linear operations for the above two part regions. Secondly, the visual attention model is applied into IQA methods. The distortions are measured in multi - scale.
