本科毕业设计 （20 届） 当前五华足球发展存在的问题与对策研究 所在学院 专业班级 体育教育 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 职称 完成日期 年 月 摘要 摘要：采用文献资料法、数理统计法、调查访问法和问卷调查法，对五华县足球协会以及区内的足球网点中小学校的足球教师、校长、教练、学生和家长进行了比较全面、系统的调查；并对周边地区的足球情况进行了相关调查与比较分析。 通过调查发现，当前五华足球发展存在的主要问题有：经济相对落后制约着五华足球事业的发展；场地设施不完善；优秀足球苗子涌现不多，后备人才培养不力；五华县政府对学校足球运动发展重视不够；经费不足；教练员整体素质不高。这些问题制约着五华足球运动的发展，通过邀请一些专家和足球界的元老参加“如何发扬光大球王精神”研讨会，请这些专家和元老献计献策，并结合中国足球发展现状和五华县的实际，建议从以下几个方面去努力探索：制定五华足球长远发展规划；设立五华县足球发展基金；努力构建多层次的人才培训体系；扶助并改善县业余体校和网点训练学校的建设管理；改善足球场馆等运动场地设施条件；多渠道筹集资金。通过这几个方面的努力探索，促使五华足球重新走上振兴之路，把李惠堂的“球王精神” 发扬光大，进一步使得梅州足球、中国足球走上复兴之路，使中国足球冲出亚洲、走向世界！ 关键词：五华足球，发展，问题，对策 Abstract Abstract: Using literature data, mathematical statistics, survey and questionnaire, the Wuhua County Football Association and the district football soccer network of teachers in primary and secondary schools, principals, coaches, students and parents a more comprehensive and systematic investigation ；Football and the surrounding area to conduct the relevant investigation and comparative analysis.
