They will improve their reading ability and speaking ability by reading, discussing and expressing their opinions about some historic sites. Teaching procedures: Step 1 Leading in and brainstorming 1. Lead in by asking the question: What can witness time? Possible answers: 1) the precious antiques; 2) the historical Documents (历史文献)3) the historic sites (ppt5 在学生回答完上面问题后,呈现这些答案进行简单归纳。) Show students an example: the picture of Qinshihuang’s Mausoleum and Terra-cotta Army(ppt6 呈现这张图片举例说明historic sites , 并导入下文。) 2.
