AIRASIAS TERMS CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE亚航条款及运输条件 Article 1 Definitions协议第一条 1.1 Meanings: In these Terms Conditions, these particular expressions have the following meanings :这这一条款中，这些特殊表达有如下意义 ? Baggage or “baggage” means your personal property accompanying you in connection with your trip. Unless otherwise specified, it includes both your Checked and Unchecked Baggage; 行李或者“行李”是您的个人财产将全程陪同你的行程，除非另有规定，包括你的托运和非托运行李。 ? “Baggage Check”means a document issued to Passenger by us as a receipt for Checked Baggage and which relate to the carriage of Checked Baggage and includes the Baggage Identification Tag. ? “Baggage Identification Tag” means a document issued by us solely for identification of Checked Baggage. 托运行李是我们发给乘客的一个托运行李的收据，运输的行李包涵行李标签， 行李标签是我们为检查过的行李单独出具的标签 ? “Checked Baggage” means baggage of which we take custody and for which we have issued a Baggage Identification Tag; it is also sometimes referred to as “registered baggage”. 托运行李指的是我们保管已经出具行李标签的行李，一般还指的是注册行李。 ? “Conditions of Contract” means those statements contained in or delivered with the Itinerary, identified as such and which incorporate by reference, these Terms Conditions and notices available at our offices and check-in counters. 合同条款指的是报表包涵或以付费的行程，已经确定并纳入参考，这些条款和注意事项在我们的办公室或托运柜台是有效的。 ? “Connecting Time” means a time between the arrival of one flight to the departure of another flight for FLY-THRU flights which shall not be less than ninety (90) minutes and not more than six (6) hours apart.
