摘 要 本文主要零件为MP4上壳ABS注塑，它包括MP4上壳造型设计与MP4成形零件模具设计。上壳材料为ABS塑料，此塑料有利于提高产品的强度。 综合运用我们学到的注塑工艺和注塑模具设计的理论等实践知识，经结构造型分析，工艺分析、CAE模拟分析、结构设计计算等，做出模具工艺和模具设计方案；要求此设计是可行的，并可以在社会实际生产中运用。同时对它的主要零部件的设计分别进行详细的说明。 在这此设计实践中我们综合运用了PRO/E软件和CAD软件对MP4造型艺进行了注塑工艺的分析及模具设计优化；网上查相关资料及图书馆搜寻有关注塑模具设计的书以增加我对注塑模具的进一步认识，加深了解对注塑模具的结构、造型，工作原理的理性知识；同时掌握模具设计的关键点和设计方法等。 MP4是一种比较流行的数码产品，希望对它的设计可以提高以后我对其它产品的设计水平，希望能造福国家和人民。 关键词：MP4上壳、ABS、PRO/E、CAD、注塑模具、工作有原理、模具设计 Abstract The main parts of the MP4 shell of ABS injection, which comprises a MP4 design and MP4 shell molding forming die design. Shell material is ABS plastic, the plastic is conducive to improving the strength of the product. The integrated use of what we have learned the injection molding process and injection mould design theory and practical knowledge, analysis of the structural modeling, process analysis, CAE simulation analysis, structure design, make the mold process and die design; the requirements of this design is feasible, and can be used in the actual production of society. At the same time, the design of main parts of it are described in detail.
