Go for it !(8A)《Unit 4(1a—1c) 》说课稿 说课人:闫尚秋 Hello, everyone. I’m Yan Shangqiu, I am an English teacher from Suiling Farm Middle School. Today I am going to talk about the topic “How do you get to school ?” is taken from Section A of Unit 4 in Student Book 3. It is a Listening and speaking lesson .I’ll say the lesson from six parts. Part One : Analysis of the teaching materials说教材 Status and function教材的地位与作用 This is an important lesson in this unit even in this book.So if the Ss can learn it well, it will be helpful to make the Ss learn the rest of this unit. In this lesson, the Ss learn the ways of transportation, such a topic is closely related to their daily life, so it can raise Ss learning interests. Part Two: Key points and Difficult points教学重点与难点 points教学重点 To use the sentence structure “How do you get to school ?”“How does she/he get to school?” Difficult points教学难点 Distinguish the following structure completely ⅱ To master two special expression: walk/ on foot, ride a bike/ by bike Part Three: Teaching objectives说教学目标 . Language knowledge:语言知识目标 Sentence structure: -How do you get to …? – I take the bus to …. . Language skills 语言技能目标 Ss are able to express how he/she gets to sp. correctly. Ss can talk with others about the transportation as fluently as possible. . Cultural awareness 文化意识目标 Get to know how to express their thoughts of transportation in English. Ⅳ. Moral objectives 情感态度目标 Ss could become more care about their own or other’s lives pay more attention to their lives or surroundings and enjoy their lives. Ⅴ. Learning strategy 学习策略 Ss can cooperate with others to evaluate their own learning, summarize the study method, can use a variety of education resources for learning. Part Four: Analysis of the Ss 说学情 Ss of Grade Eight may not have enough vocabulary to express their ideas about the topic. My Ss are not very active.
